The staff here were super friendly and willing to help! 🌟 the rooms with the best views had a unique vibe to them. the service was top-notch and the pool was nice and warm.

This place is fantastic and located in a vibrant area close to ferries, shopping opportunities, a museum, and the subway.

Extraordinary hotel, it has individual atmosphere, and the location is good to MTR station. Nice service, the breakfast is great and excellent. Plus, one can use private parking onsite. Overall tasteful food, plus there is Delaney's Kowloon Irish Bar close by.

We ate at a great restaurant for lunch. It was in a great location 4-6 minutes walking distance from Harbour City Mall.

During our recent stay at The Peninsula, we were blown away by the impeccable service and luxurious amenities offered. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and made to feel like valued guests. The check-in process was seamless, and we were even granted an early check-in, allowing us to settle into our spacious and well-appointed suite.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the slightly high pool temperature and the hotel bathroom toiletries being overly fragranced, these did not detract from the overall exceptional experience.

the peninsula always exceeds expectations! after reading rave reviews online, we were still blown away by the incredible service, beautiful rooms, and delightful extras like tea and fresh apples upon arrival. the heated indoor pool with underwater music was a unique and enjoyable experience. truly a memorable stay!

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, and the room was fantastic with touch automated controls and stylish design. The location was great, offering a wonderful view of the harbor, and the staff treated us with such kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

Food for breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

I loved the fact it has so much history. It was like we were staying in a living museum. The traditions are well cultivated and beautifully presented in the style and authenticity or the hotel. The staff are well trained, polite, informative and overall make the stay more pleasant and enjoyable.

There should be more options for people with allergies, for example the Afternoon tea was wonderful but options for people who have dietary needs would have made my experience even better.

The decor and ambience gives you a special feeling.
